About Miftah Zaman

Miftah Zaman is an experienced HR and training professional as well as an author, singer and musician and an entrepreneur. Currently, he is working in BRAC, the largest NGO in the world, but prior to this he worked as a people development agent in various organizations. He is the founder of ReLearn, a consulting firm that aims to partner with organizations and individuals, in terms of their learning and development. He specialized on learning and development along with recruitment in the corporate and development sector of Bangladesh and abroad. He worked both as a consultant for various organizations, as well as worked as an employee of a few. He has headed the training and development function for the world’s largest NGO, BRAC International, where he led the training of 10 Asian and African countries, along with a long term Diversity campaign. Also, he headed the learning and development function for LafargeHolcim Bangladesh, a renowned multinational organization in cement industry.
