Honestly, in the beginning, it was tough, and managing a high number of people in an ever-changing dynamic work environment was never an easy job to do. I was in problem-solving mode all the time. However, in these five years, I have grown so much and developed my interpersonal and organizational skills. During the pandemic, I worked as a recruiter for Randstad and Hays for a little while. Although I loved my bosses and teammates, I did not find the spark I was looking for in recruitment.I was always curious about numbers and the highlight of my days in my previous roles was when I analyzed the KPIs and plan and forecast the upcoming weeks and months. That's when I realized what I wanted to do and started some Coursera courses in Python. I LOVED it.
