Main achievements:· Increased SAK production 10 times in five months, scheduling main material and coordinating its shipment. · Implemented NX0455 subassemblies production in two months, including sterilization process as a “submaquila”, coordinating shipments to save $500 monthly. Responsible to start and ramp up the Disposables Production Lines coordinating material deliveries and generating production schedules to fulfill monthly plans for transferred products.

Main achievements:· Reduced response time by 40%, from 10 to 6 days and slashed the backlog by 75% from 25% to 7% within six weeks at Customer Service department, in four months.· Boosted on time deliveries from 90% to 98% and improved delivery time from six to four days for new products, in four months,.· Designed and executed, in three months, methodology for monthly production plans, by reviewing real initial inventories at 3 plants comprised of 7 manufacturing facilities, reducing deviations by 100%.Responsible for drafting production plans for items manufactured at wholly owned plants, ensuring timely delivery of products, and fulfilling work orders at the Tepexpan plant.

Main achievements: Developed, in two months, quarterly production plans per product, by replicating models at all manufacturing facilities of the Tepexpan plant, training 3 schedulers within a three months’ time period.· Designed and developed, in six months, a methodology to determine production priorities, optimizing resources and inventory levels. Classified inventories, honing efforts on high impact products with timely delivery requirements, maintaining service levels of the water based facility above 90% with peaks at 95% versus 85%, curbing unavailability.
