A.L.L. Diagnostics & Consulting LLC is an educational evaluation and consulting company serving families and school districts across the state of Connecticut. We specialize in the differential diagnosis of reading, writing, and language disorders for children and adults who struggle with literacy. Our goal is to provide the highest quality academic language and literacy evaluations and instructional solutions for ALL students, even those with the most complex profiles. Our unique areas of expertise include evaluating the language and literacy skills of culturally and linguistically diverse bilingual populations (all languages), students with hearing loss, and any student struggling with language and literacy skills.Founder and primary consultant, Migdalia Fletcher, M.S. CCC-SLP, has over twenty years of diverse experience as a bilingual speech language pathologist and literacy specialist in both private and public school settings. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders & Cultural Anthropology from the University of Connecticut in 1996 and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Gallaudet University in 1998. Migdalia is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and has maintained her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) since 1999. She also holds a current Department of Public Health License and a Professional Educator Certificate from the state of Connecticut in the area of Speech-Language Pathology.

Communication Skills Program Coordinator• Responsible for coordinating and managing the provision of communication therapy services for pre-K through 12th grade student population. • Responsible for the administration, organization and curriculum development of the Communication Skills Department. • Provided information and resources regarding communication skill development to staff, parents and the community, including consultations with SLPs working with deaf and hard of hearing students in the public schools.• Formulated and reviewed IEPs and intervention programs to be carried out by department staff, based on individual student needs and interpretation of assessment results, including demonstration of techniques and activities and adaptation of programs. • Provided in-house professional development training in the area of communication skills for department staff. • Participated in the hiring, orientation and training of new department staff.
