Responsible for increasing AT&T U-Verse sales across Northern California and Nevada by managing teams in Vendor Marketing, Retail Sales Support, and Internal Door to Door Marketing.Grew and developed our vendor sales channel by 70% in the first year, while achieving a leading position within the company for customer cancel metrics. Developed specific training curriculum to increase sales success and decrease cancel\churn metrics; trainings were adopted and included in national training for on-boarding and development.Hired and trained a team of 8 sales managers who were responsible for the development of sales skills and product knowledge of AT&T U-Verse in the retail channel across Northern California and Nevada.Hired and trained over 100 sales executives who perform field sales of AT&T U-Verse across Northern California and Nevada. Managed projects P&L for cost analysis, daily ROI for company and client, and daily customer service feedback of end user.Created representative, market, and company performance measures for CompUSA’s Special Projects team. Grew to top performing Customer Service / Sales team in the company for special projects.

Managed a commissions driven $17 Million Retail Store with 5 direct reports and 65 indirect reports; exceeded all company Budgets and Metrics. Controlled all company assets, facilities and equipment. Purchased new equipment, oversaw facility renovation projects, implemented POS hardware/software, developed and conducted training programs, managed all financial and business areas, and directed purchasing, distribution and marketing departments. Surveyed target markets and executed related strategic plans, promotions, advertising, sales incentive programs, publicity, financial forecasts, pricing, product mix, new product rollouts, and reporting.Trained “Business Team” on resourceful methods for a “catch and pass” process with our larger sales to the appropriate Business Department.

Led marketing campaign to increase local awareness of the company that included a dozen TV spots with Doug Brauner on “Good Day Sacramento.”Developed the best team in the company year over year. Hired and trained two employees who ranked in the top 1% of the company, both winning trips to Hawaii and Las Vegas.Proficiency in “Richardson Coaching and Developing Methods” led our retail store to operational excellence, and development plans that spurred numerous promotions with-in the company.Dropped stores costs by 15% while increasing store profitability up 30% by concentrating heavily on payroll cost, FIFO inventory, and store expense.
