To develop and maintain relationships with Fiber Ready properties to ensure the successful execution of the FTTB Project Plan.

Responsible for increasing AT&T U-Verse sales across Northern California and Nevada by managing teams in Vendor Marketing, Retail Sales Support, and Internal Door to Door Marketing.Grew and developed our vendor sales channel by 70% in the first year, while achieving a leading position within the company for customer cancel metrics. Developed specific training curriculum to increase sales success and decrease cancel\churn metrics; trainings were adopted and included in national training for on-boarding and development.Hired and trained a team of 8 sales managers who were responsible for the development of sales skills and product knowledge of AT&T U-Verse in the retail channel across Northern California and Nevada.Hired and trained over 100 sales executives who perform field sales of AT&T U-Verse across Northern California and Nevada.
