I'm Lauren, a passionate Mindset and Confidence Coach dedicated to empowering children to overcome social and emotional challenges with confidence and resilience.✨ Using innovative Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, I specialise in delivering fun and interactive 1:1, group, and family sessions that ignite growth and transformation in young minds. From combating anxiety to boosting self-esteem, my mission is to equip kids with the tools they need to thrive in today's world.📚 With eight years of teaching experience from Early Years Foundation Stage to Post-16 education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my coaching practice. As a proud parent to my own spirited three-year-old daughter, I understand firsthand the importance of nurturing a positive mindset from a young age to develop emotional intelligence and confidence.🎓 Additionally, I graduated with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Journalism from John Moores University in 2014, before studying a PCGE in Primary Education at Northumbria University. I am also a Level 3 beach school practitioner, and currently pursuing my MA in Creative Writing at Northumbria.
