Responsibilities:* Daily work with incoming quote request and prices* Filling data into quote file which corresponds internal and external customers needs* Gathering latest information about item status and pricing, customer backlog, end customers and projects* Analysing pricing information using f. e. excel formulas* Supporting the Global Key Account Management on pricing and questions and keep contact with local sales to be updated on ongoing projects

Responsibilities:Appraisal of job submissions and liaising with Client/Account Managers to ensure requirements are correctly definedDesign and execution of job processes using Neptune in-house data manipulation software and external Industry applicationsPerforming counts and selections of data from Marketing databases using Intelligence Creation softwareData Loading using the in-house JCS systemCompletion of all administration and audit logsQuality Control and dispatch of completed workIdentify ways to improve efficiency and/or quality of processesAttention to detail in all tasks; ensuring jobs are fulfilled in accordance with department procedures and work delivered of the highest quality standardsFollow and contribute to appropriate documentationWorking with relational databases and data processing. Using SQL to query and manipulate data.Work tools: SQL Server Management, Neptune, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visual Studio, Sharepoint, DQ Analyzer.
