A Microsoft Security Cloud Solutions Architect plays a critical role in ensuring the security of organizations' cloud-based systems, by being responsible for designing and implementing secure and resilient cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Security products. They work closely with organizations to understand their business needs and security requirements and develop custom solutions that provide guidance and training on end-to-end threat protection, detection, and response.

Microsoft Customer Engineers provide technical leadership for Premier customers around the world to help ensure their IT environments are kept optimized and healthy. The focus is to do this in a proactive and consultative manner in order to avoid future issues. This includes guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and onsite, remote and dedicated support services.

Premier Field Engineers (PFE) serve as deep technical advisors to Enterprise customers, and deliver unique value by supporting and increasing the productivity of Microsoft technologies both on premise and in the cloud. The role provides Microsoft customers with reliable technical solutions to the complex integration problems associated with business solutions built on the Microsoft platform, supporting a diverse variety of technical solutions built with Microsoft devices and services.

With the increased experience and personal growth, at the time my main responsibilities were:▪ Identifying business opportunities and designing proposals;▪ Planning projects and implementing accordingly;▪ Connection to Microsoft for Windows 10 and System Center Configuration Manager.Some of my projects for public and private sector customers include but were not limited to:▪ New implementations of System Center Configuration Manager infrastructures;▪ Administration of System Center Configuration Manager infrastructures;▪ Operating systems migrations through in-place upgrade and/or USMT;▪ Planning for updates and servicing plans deployments;▪ Windows images corporate customizations;▪ Microsoft Bitlocker and Administration Monitoring implementations;▪ Windows 10 security features adoption (e.g. Device Guard, Credential Guard, Windows ATP...)

After the period of knowledge acquirement and technologies introduction, I chose to follow a Microsoft based path complemented with certifications. The main areas at the time being Windows Servers and Desktop Infrastructures for which I certified for. For a few months I accompanied senior consultants for Microsoft and especially for System Center Configuration Manager, being responsible for delivering a wide range of technical tasks. Afterwards I started to be responsible for designing and delivering technical projects, with increasing complexity over time.

I started by integrating Novabase Academy, a two week program created to introduce corporate values, and important consulting and project management skills. Afterwards began a path where I was involved in technical projects that allow me to come in contact with a wide variety of technologies that included basic networking, systems and storage. This opportunities also allowed me to explore Microsoft's technologies.
