As an office automation clerk and administration specialist, I was responsible for providing customer service regarding service ticket processing for emergency and urgent/routine corrective maintenance to government property. I also prepared, reviewed, and submitted personnel hiring action related correspondence, specifically the Department of Navy (DON) Recruit Forms, Optional Form (OF) 178s (Certificates of Medical Examination), Certifications of Position Descriptions, and Position Designation Records (PDRs). I reviewed all Branch U.S. Civilian Position Descriptions (PDs) submitted by Sections for format currency, grammar, spelling, punctuation.

As a legal services specialist, I provided services required in the operational, managerial, legal administrative, typing, clerical, and court-martial reporting and transcribing areas necessary for the proper functioning of a legal services support section (LSSS), law center, and office of the staff judge advocate.

As a supply warehouse clerk I was responsible for inventory and supply in warehouses, including receiving, inspecting, locating, storing, rotating, safekeeping, issuing, preparing, shipping, material return and disposal of supplies and equipment. Maintained personal computer and mainframe locator systems, conduct inventories, maintain records of sub-custody principal end items, monitor shelf life items through CD ROM and the mainframe support systems, and input data entry transactions and retrieval of historical records.
