Was involved in "The Grande North & South" "Electra" "Marque at Park Place" in Irvine.Grande Sante Fe- North & South twin 39 story, Marquee at Park Place- twin 18 story, Electra- 43 story,High rise condominiums. * In charge of scheduling and managing 37 townhouses at Electra including courtyard containing hardscape and landscaping* Supervised and Managed 20 Laborers and 2 Carpenters, payroll and coordinating safety meetings for all* Assisted General Superintendent with daily activities of tower, including scheduling, ordering and placement of concrete, tower crane usage, man lift jumps, deliveries, walk with City of San Diego building inspectors (framing, insulation, and drywall) and third party inspections.* Work with San Diego Fire Department and State Inspectors to ensure building’s Certificate of Occupancy* Managing and scheduling punch list with subcontractors and direct hire crews to prepare for close of escrow* Reading and interpreting blueprints for entire project* Knowledgeable with Change Orders, RFI’s, Extras, Contracts, Options, Microsoft Project, * Used sales and customer service experience to show units, tour and orientate new and potential homeowners throughout building as well as property management company* Work closely with homeowners to ensure that their new condominiums were in “move in” order
