Descriptive statistical analysis, data cleaning and pre-processing, predictive modelling through the implementation of Machine Learning algorithms (XGBoost, Boruta, Random Forest), Deep Learning Neural Networks and Regression models (linear regression, univariate, multivariate and stepwise logistic regression, Lasso) employing both R and Python, construction of clinical risk scores, etc. In addition, data visualization employing ggplot2 (R) and other visualization tools such as Matplotlib or seaborn (Python).
