SEPPELEC SL, empresa de Ingeniería de Procesos y Automatización, ofrece a sus clientes soluciones llave en mano para proyectos en el sector de la alimentación - producción de bebidas.Como empresa matriz de Seppelec Group (Seppelec SL, Teclec y Van Der Molen), desde su base en Madrid se realiza la ingeniería y producción de los equipos que luego se envían a todo el mundo como base para la culminación de proyectos llave en mano.Como Responsable de Ingeniería y Producción Eléctrica, mis principales tareas han sido: - Coordinación de las áreas de ingeniería eléctrica, producción, pruebas y montaje en obra. - Soporte a ofertas y asistencia a definición de proyectos en instalaciones del cliente. - Administrador único de la plataforma ePLAN. o Implantación ePLAN Preplanning (diseño de P&ID) o Desarrollo de estándares en ePLAN P8 o Desarrollo de aplicaciones en VisualBasic - Gestión de material de producción con Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Dentro del Departamento de Ingeniería, formo parte del área de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Control y Automatización.Dentro de este área, mis responsabilidades se centran en la parte hardware del diseño y producción de máquinas con automatismos para aplicaciones de calentamiento por inducción. Esto se podría descomponer en:- Estudio del proyecto desde los requisitos pedidos al área de Ingeniería Eléctrica- Selección del hardware a montar en el equipo en función de las necesidades del proyecto, especificaciones del cliente final, plazos de aprovisionamiento de material,...- Diseño eléctrico del equipo y la instalación. Elaboración de planos en ePLAN y de listas de materiales en SAP. Elaboración de las listas de entradas y salidas a PLCs para los responsables del software.- Soporte en todo el proceso productivo del equipo. Seguimiento de materiales, modificaciones y pruebas de funcionamiento hasta aceptación y transporte.- Documentación del equipo: Manuales de uso y mantenimiento, entrega de planos eléctricos y listas de repuestos.

On September 2016, Power Electronics decided to bring together all the electrical engineers of the company under one single area.First person promoted to this new position. As head of this new area inside the R&D Department, my main responsibilities are:- Control of the resources of the area: coordination of the workload of the members, selection of new candidates and responsible of the training,...- Professional Tutor responsible for supervising the work performed by the students during the internship period.- First link for the rest of the areas/departments with the electrical team.- Definition and implementation of new techniques of designing and testing for the new projects of the area.- Decision-making on the design, functionality and scope for the projects where and electrical engineer is needed.All of this always respecting my duties also as another electrical engineer.

Power Electronics is a manufacturing company of power electronics and a technical service provider. Variable Speed Drives (low and medium voltage) and Solar Inverters are the main products manufactured. The head office in Valencia (Spain) houses the high technology R&D centre as well as the electronics manufacturing. Additionally, Power Electronics is formed for three more factories with a net area of more than 20.000sqm. Inside the area of Hardware at the R&D department, my job consist on:- Responsible of the electrical design for low and medium voltage industrial applications: variable speed drives and soft starters. Software: EPLAN Electric P8- EPLAN Harness proD implantation for the 3D design of the electrical wiring to prototypes and standard products.- Elaborate the bill of materials to the manufacturing process. Software: SAP R/3.- Approval report before the incorporation of a new element to the final product. Requirements specification, tests and documentation of the results.- Maintenance of finished standard products: Low and medium voltage (up to 13,3kV) variable frequency drives and soft starters and solar inverters for photovoltaic stations (1000 and 1500Vdc).

Software: EPLAN P8 and EPLAN 5.70- Anticipate the material requirements, generate structures and management of the fabrication orders. Software: SAP R/3- Generator's desing under UL specifications.- Elaboration of installation documentation, including user's manuals and maintenance plans.

Since its foundation in 1982, the target is to provide the most sustainable waste management in Asturias involving 3Rs promotion (Reduction, Recycling and Recovery) as fundamental to sustainable development.Since 1989, the Central Landfill of the Principality of Asturias, managed by COGERSA, produces electricity by burning biogas.My job there, as Junior Technician, was:- Developing an algorithm to calculate the entrance of municipal solid waste to the landfill and anticipate the necessities of workers at the point of discharge.- Characterization of non-hazardous and construction and demolition wastes in order to ensure compliance of Order AAA/661/2013: Aceptation reports, sample analysis results to allow the disposal of the waste, documentation of every characterization,...

The Asturias Industrial Technology Institute (IUTA - Universidad de Oviedo) and the City Council of Gijon financed on 2012 the project SV-12-GIJON-1 about the convenience of implementing an aerodynamic assistant brake on a competition motorbike.The idea came as part of the designs of the Universidad de Oviedo team MS2Uniovi at the II International Competition Motostudent. Five team members work in parallel on the two projects, obteining result much better than expected.My job there consisted on:- Design and implementation of the electronic control unit on the assistant.- Help on the first preassure simulations using CFD Software.The study confirms that the assistant can cause a downward force on the rear wheel, increasing the braking perfomance and the stability.
