SupervisorCoordinate engineering staff and their activities to reach company goals through key indicators such as quality targets, productivity & product spoilage.o Planning strategies and managing staff workload establishing clear indicators and goals for groups and aligning them to company indicators.o Hold daily meetings with engineering groups to align their KPI according to company necessities and VOC from top management.o Plan and develop strategies for upcoming company challenges together with engineering leaders .

Manufacturing Engineeringo Design and develop assembly process for electronics goods, looking for quality, productivity and efficiency.o Make and provide process’ documents to departments involved on assembly process as well as its quotation (NPI): Layout, SOP, HC, ST and Rate up, etc.o Design and develop structures, fixtures and jigs required to make assembly process smooth looking for ergonomic and efficient process, as well as safe for parts and product. o Co-work with engineering as well as R&D groups to solve quality issues in regards of product or process at NMI, MP beginning (DFMs) and further in order to increase process quality and productivity.o Analyze market defects together with PE, define and apply countermeasures in process and provide reports to customer accordingly.o Work on continuous improvement for assembly process looking to keep quality target and productivity. o Apply reverse engineering and prepare engineering quotation to be released to controllers on summary quotation for ‘potential customers’.

QA Panel Engineering New models introduction o Follow up design trials to identify potential risks and improve design of product to keep quality targets at MP stage. (DFMs). o Work together with R&D in order to improve product for easy assembly but reliable product on market. o Make and release ECN for process and BOM if necessary. Production line supporto Follow up quality trend of production lines to identify critical defects in order to avoid epidemic problems and keep quality level. (Pareto, Checklist, tendency graph, PDCA). o Make initial failure analysis, figure out root cause of main defects and apply containment action ASAP while continues working with design/vendor to define permanent action/countermeasure. (Ishikawa, 5 whys, 8D) FG QA. o Follow up QA FG defects at Design and MP stage to identify and solve critical problems in order to avoid major impact to shipments schedules, quality of market and keep quality targets. o Prepare and explain to Top Management current status of failure analysis as well as containment actions and countermeasures. o Complete Corrective Action Reports and provide to QA to release product on-hold and fulfill shipments and sells schedules. Market o Follow up market trend and perform field analysis to figure out root cause of main problems, apply countermeasure and implement activities in production line. o Prepare reports to explain to customer main defects in market and related activities at factory to improve quality of product.*Familiarized with FTIR analysis and Scanning Electron Microscope, SketchUp modeling and Arena Simulation software (Rockwell)

Product EngineerField Engineer (Customer Support)o Leader of on-site support team for panel defects’ confirmation at customer’s facilities and issue RMA number for defective material.o Report customer’s defect trend to all departments involves in factory to follow up containment actions and countermeasures.LCD Product Engineer (LCD assembly/cleaning room)o New models introduction (machine’s settings and documentation).o Validate new products and process in line.o Apply and follow up containment actions and countermeasure to keep quality targets.Leader of quality improvement project (kaizen, pokayoke, FMEA)o Modification of equipment to decrease handling risk of glass panel for operator and material under safety environment.o Modify and update process to avoid operator’s errors and decrease defects on LCD assembly area (in direct line and rework area).o Schedule and give training to operators (4 shifts) to use new tools and equipment according to improvement plan.Admin Engineeringo Translation of process manuals and machines’ settings as well as SOPs for automatic and manual processo Control of documentation according to ISO9000 and ISO14001 standards.
