Improving the testing process for determining life cycle of the blades using the new loads.• Identified subcontractors that can help with the implantation of dry ice blasting to deburr parts post grind operations to reduce part turnaround time from manual labor deburring.

• Acquired the knowledge of casting process analysis and residual stress analysis on the Oil Pan of the F12 vehicle using MAGMASoft FEA Software.• Updated the analysis to include more points tested to avoid millions of dollars lost through scrap costs, x-ray testing and vehicle recalls.

• Coordinated construction crews on a multimillion toll highway to create 25,000 feet of concrete barrier.• Lead a crew to replace 530 square yards of roadway slabs with fast strength concrete thatreaches 1800 psi in 4 hours.• Measured performance with the project manager and subcontractors to coordinate the work for 17,500square feet of a 5 lane road project to meet the deadlines.

Residential Subdivision Design Project:• Constructed a residential subdivision of 385 homes that provides affordable single-family housing. • Collaborated with a team of engineers and architects. • Designed a horizontal site layout that entails roadways, parcels, parks and related features. • Created plan and profile sheets as well as residential lot grading in Civil 3D. • Outlined pier and beam foundations plus slab-on-grade.• Performed successfully in the creation of the subdivision to meet all objectives within a 73-acre site.
