Design, reverse engineer to create 3-D solid models for new product development. Prepare, modify/update technical drawings, Manuals and Work Instructions. Manage relevant technical meetings and Design Reviews. Take part in product verification and validation activities. Generate Drawings and Drawing Trees, Engineering Bill of Materials for new parts. Create Material/Hardware Specifications, identify Critical Items and Monitoring & Measurement Requirements. Design Inspection Fixtures. Create Work-Flow & Processes and evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows, to include fixtures and tooling. Identify requirements for Quality Control Equipment, Tools, & Fixtures. Investigate and Issues non-conformances related to parts, materials, process, inspection, tooling, and equipment. Create Nesting, Lead-Ins and Lead-Outs for production used. Support Quality Control Department on templates and fixture used during inspection. Create/Update process documentation to include work instructions, process flows, quality plans, and process records.

Work with the design team to design a robotic arm for experimental robot valued in 2M dollars. Create work instructions base on the design, design / update Production Travelers for product development. Review and validate the process for production and for quality department.

Create PPAP package (Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA, etc.) for medical devices and aerospace parts. Develop New Product Introduction (NPI). Perform statistical analysis (Cp, Cpk), (Pp, Ppk) and (Gage R&R.) to validate parts or process. Perform all type of validation like Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ). Responsible to create and review the final inspection report for parts in Quality Department. Investigate customer returns, issue Returned Material Authorization (RMA),evaluate the returned parts, and correct process as needed.

Design the manufacturing process flow for new parts. Review/ improve existing mfg process flow. Design overlays, fixtures, gages used by quality control to inspect parts. Create manufacturing drawings, gages, and tools for production used. Applied manufacturing dimensions for in-process drawings for parts requiring special processes like Anodizing, Electropolishing, Heat Treatment and Coating.
