As a Project Approver and Contract Reviewer, I was responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing information, project scopes, and contract details for projects, some of which ranged from 2-3 million dollars in value. Working in the Midwest region, I provided detailed reviews of new and renewal contracts, verifying that the scope of work and price were aligned with business objectives.In addition, I was responsible for onboarding new customers into our customer portal, managing user profiles and privileges, and ensuring the security and accuracy of all customer data. As a Production Control Specialist in the aviation industry, I managed a team of 20 Marines and was responsible for their training and development, as well as ensuring their adherence to safety and quality standards. I was responsible for ensuring that all gear were properly maintained and repaired to meet safety and operational standards. This involved creating and managing schedules for periodic maintenance, ranging from 30-day to 360-day intervals, and overseeing the completion of tasks by maintenance personnel.In addition to managing maintenance schedules, I was also responsible for conducting or supervising annual inspections of gear and maintaining a database of our gear, which consisted of approximately 250 items. This included planning for the disposal of unserviceable gear and overseeing the import and installation of new gear from overseas.To ensure effective coordination and communication, I attended daily meetings with maintenance personnel and other work centers to report progress and discuss next steps for larger projects. With my attention to detail and strong organizational skills, I was able to ensure that maintenance was conducted efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall safety and readiness of our operations.
