As an Application Engineer / Marketing Coordinator, I've had the pleasure of planning and creating content for various platforms, including YouTube, Udemy, TikTok, and Instagram. Alongside my colleagues, I've produced and hosted over 50 B2B webinars and live streams.I'm grateful to have played a role in the success of the Trotec YouTube channel, with over 500 videos produced and dozens of application videos created, resulting in over 40k subscribers and 4 million views. I also developed a Udemy course, "Laser Basics & Beyond - Adobe Illustrator," which attracted over 160 paying students in a niche B2B market.Through my efforts, I've managed e-mail campaigns, expanded PPC strategies, and led roadshows, tradeshows, and seminars across Canada. I've interfaced with over 200 B2B customers, providing training, support, and strategies for their business by utilizing our software and machines.While I'm proud of what I've accomplished, I remain committed to continuing my growth and development in the field.

In my role as a Design Coordinator, I have had the privilege of collaborating with various brands for high-profile events such as the NBA and NHL.I took the initiative to introduce Trello as a collaboration tool and created a new workflow in the Design department. This workflow was later imported to Smartsheets and improved upon, resulting in better organization and workflow, which was later implemented on a company-wide scale. This helped to streamline the production process, making it more efficient and effective, leading to a significant improvement of over 500% year-to-date.

As a Marketing Coordinator, I successfully developed and executed more than 20 brands and rebrands, from initial concept to launch, resulting in improved brand recognition and increased targeted traffic to our company website. Additionally, I co-led the transformation of a branding studio into a digital marketing agency by partnering with RD station and implementing digital marketing strategies. This resulted in a significant increase in the average ticket price of our services within the first year, with a strong focus on SEO, Paid Ads and Content Creation as the main drivers of this growth.
