Previously I worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment providing support to three of the local theme parks. I would resolve tickets submitted through ServiceNow and perform a morning routine check throughout the park to ensure all hardware and software was operational for the day before guests arrived. My daily tasks would consist of performing hardware and software support to our culinary and merchandise teams, performing any deployments or desk setups for employees, and assisting the Zoological teams with any equipment issues that may have encountered. Since July 2020 I have been in Beijing, China with my wife as she completes her project role with Universal Beijing Resort. During this time, I have been learning Python, taking Mandarian lessons, studying for Network + and A+ certifications, and honing my craft at leatherworking. While living in China, I have kept up to date with my troubleshooting knowledge by assisting friends, family, and previous colleagues with any hardware or software issues they have been encountering while in Beijing. This time has given me the opportunity to reflect and focus on where I want my career path to go upon my return to the United States. I am currently doing research into my next career goal and eventually to continue my education towards a B.S. in Computer Engineering.
