Here, my role revolved around leading and advising a dynamic team of engineers working on a portfolio of assets across Texas and New Mexico primarily. I initiated significant changes in production engineering workflows and projects, collaborating extensively with field operations to ensured efficiency and effectiveness in every task.One of my most recent achievements in this role has been the improvement in average production by 15% across 26 well interventions in 2023. We focused on executing changes to artificial lift systems and optimizing existing systems to improve production rates and system efficiencies. We managed to reduced costs by $13K per well, owing to our transition to more efficient lift systems and reduction of equipment rentals.I am most proud of the positive and constructive environment fostered within the team. I believe in the power of mentorship, such as guiding junior engineers through equipment tear-down analysis and project oversights. I also championed the effective implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), promoting a culture of safety and augmenting job efficiency. At QPC, I led the engineering department of a complex JV with assets across Egypt's Western Desert consisting of 9 concessions, 42 fields, and over 860 wells producing 45,000 BOPD and injecting 260,000 BWIPD. I also spearheaded the company's yearly well capital and operational budgets, and focused on the transformation of the department's dynamics by developing effective workflows and prioritizing projects. I led a team of 6 engineers and 12+ contractors, delivering on KPIs and reducing accidents by implementing industry-standard safety rules.In orchestrated our $42M annual capital plan, I strategically allocated resources across assets, and implemented campaigns focused on fluid level management in wells resulting in an additional 5,000 BOPD annualized. I am mostly proud of fostering cross-functional collaborations with teams from land, geology, drilling, operations, and production. I facilitated inclusive meetings that led to the development and execution of new individual and collective ideas. In this role, I managed a portfolio of 22 gas and oil production platforms across Texas and Louisiana, collectively accounting for 13,000 BOPD of gross production. My responsibilities spanned the complete spectrum of production engineering, including base production management, maintenance work, and planning, execution, and supervising well interventions. I also had to performed maintaining compliance work according to industry standards, safety audits, and equipment integrity assessments. In addition, I designed and executed well interventions, maintenance workovers, and diagnostics and surveillance work. Moreover, I conducted comprehensive fieldwide well studies, which resulted in the addition of 1.3 MMBO and 4 BCF of proved-developed reserves. I performed diligent well-file reviews, detailed log analysis, and worked in close collaboration with reservoir engineers, geologists, and paraphysicists to identified opportunities. In addition, I acted as project lead and used project management capabilities to ensured the planning, execution, and completion of production projects were delivered on time and within scope. This involved not just technical oversight but also excellent communication with the operations team and proactive risk management. I would often travel offshore to personally supervise jobs, creating a strong cooperative environment that ensured the success of our projects.Key Achievements:- Planned and executed 11 artificial lift installations, 8 well optimizations, and assessed waterflood performance for 2 producing fields- Managed daily production engineering activities, daily well intervention operations, and provided direction on routine production maintenance tasks- Performed production optimizations worth 2,300 barrels of oil daily annualized- Implemented a fieldwide performance and surveillance strategy focused on fluid level management, power quality improvements, and effective downhole chemical injection.

In this position, I leveraged industry-leading technologies and methodologies to conduct reserve estimates and field studies, paving the way for the identification of new reserves and development.Key to my success in this position has been my ability to determine robust development programs based on comprehensive field studies. A significant achievement in this regard was identifying 615,000 BBL and 2.5 BCF of gas reserves following a full-field study of the South Timbalier field. This work led to the initiation of five well interventions, demonstrating my ability to translate detailed analysis into actionable strategies.I was also in charge of managing the economic analysis and reserve forecasting for the South Timbalier 295 field. I refined development plans and maximized production potential, which required key analytical skills and a deep understanding of reservoir engineering principles. My detailed assessment and reserve estimates were presented directly to the CEO, highlighting the potential for future development.A critical part of my role has been to apply strategic thinking in the evaluation of field development plans. In one instance, I led a re-evaluation of plans in the Grand Isle 43 field, revealing two opportunities that each held the potential for 2,000 BOPD. I recommended, and ran economics on, two behind-pipe recompletions, showcasing my ability to unveil hidden potential and contribute significantly to the company's growth.

A key aspect of my role was enhancing operational efficiencies, which was exemplified in my successful optimization of a water flood system in New Mexico.Following an exhaustive analysis, I formulated strategic recommendations to convert oil-producing wells into water injection wells.
