During last four years I had developed and managed a High Performance Center specialized in providing technological infrastructure services both traditional and Cloud, growing into 190 technician’s staff providing outsourcing services to the NTT Data IM Clients.Some highlighted projects during my professional career in NTT Data: * RACC * AndBank * OHIM – OFFICE FOR HARMONIZATION IN THE INTERNAL MARKET * IVI – Instituto Valenciano de Infertilidad - Valencia, España * Tempe - Alicante, España * Grupo ASV - Alicante, España

For this period of time, I worked for the ISC (Internet Service Centre) developing tasks like:• Coordination of the Service Delivery team.• ISC third level support team management for the systems of the ISC clients.• ISC Infrastructure projects implementation.• Support to sales, presales and marketing departments

For this period of time, I was in charge of the IDC (Internet Data Centre) developing tasks like: • IDC infrastructure management.• Customer management. • Team management. I was in charge of the first and second level support team with around 20 technical staff organized in different specialization areas: communication, databases, cabling, Microsoft servers, UNIX / Linux servers, storage and security.• Presales support.

Project implementation and system support of the Telefónica critical communication management systems in UNIX platforms: UNIX SUN Platform: Hardware and Software. UNIX HP Platform: Hardware and Software. High Availability Systems: Sun Cluster. Management Systems: Patrol. Data Bases: Oracle.I lead a team of 15 system engineers distributed among projects being developed: SGTI (Sistema de Gestión del Tráfico Internacional), SERA (Sistema de Explotación de la Red de Acceso de Telefónica), GA (Gestor de Actuaciones) and SIRIO (Sistema de Reclamaciones e Incidencias).
