Reducing line area by 25% and implementing lean carts for the safe and efficient transport between stations for subset parts• Designed departmental cross training matrix by interviewing more than 200 operators in two shifts and created an Excel Macro to easily retrieve the names of the people with the desired experience in specific tasks• Worked in conjunction with logistics to identify, target and consolidate PIV equipment with low utilization.
