Business development and Internationalisation of IBAR Nordeste, Brazil, in Europe. Partnership set up and Supply Chain implementation.Set up of a distribution network divided in product class.With IBAR Nordeste I leaded a team that set up a distribution pipeline of its Magnesium Oxide raw material in Europe. Partnership development and implementation was paramount for the business success. We did a comprehensive study and were able to divide the IBAR's product catalogue into two main products and set up distribution contracts with Possehl ERZ Kontor in Lubek Germany for DBM (dead burner magnesia) and with Cofermin, Essen Germany for CCM (caustic calculated magnesia).Our target markets are Feed and Fertilizes and Refractories.
