• Ensure Heineken leading brands Tecate, XX Lager, Indio, Sol, Superior, Strongbow are well represented across Yucatan region (Tizimín, Holbox, Ticul) stocked and maintained through the implementation of corporate guidelines; overseeing 55 stores.• Distribution of indirect categories & brands: Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Sabritas, Holanda, Barcel, Electrolit, Caribe Cooler, Sky Vodka, among others. • Sales objectives, campaigns and promotions, sales brochures and order guides, sales presentations, sources of product and distribution, maintaining Sales & Marketing plans and uses, as well as proper merchandising.• Perform in-store planning by customizing programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs, store demographics, and the current consumer base to drive business and customer growth.• Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond the customer's expectations.• Work with customer to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer take away.• Communicate plans and effectively manage merchandising resources to build sales volume at store level. • Work in conjunction with the Merchandising and Operations teams to ensure inventory is fully stocked, always rotated and presentable; as well as properly credit and dispose of all unsalable merchandise from all stores.• Monitor and report on competitive activity and document all pricing activities. Be a collaborator between Customer Service teams and Customer’s Store Management.

• Responsible and point of contact of all customer communication for any issues arising out of product shortages.• Act as liaison with customers and answer technical questions; communicate with Field Sales Representatives to achieve Customer Satisfaction.• Report out on-time delivery misses and premium freights daily. Ensure data is entered accurately in CRM.• Collect information and communicating inventory and lead times to customers. • Filing of claims after program build outs and following up with customers for payment of the claimed amounts.• Meet and maintain team KPI’s, as defined by the direct leaders of the Customer Service team.

• Review and analyze transportation costs and invoices.• Gather and maintain all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities• Verify accuracy on shipping orders and shipping quantities matching picking documents• Assist in resolving customer claims and discrepancies• Collects all documentation for inbound freight and routes to the proper transportation unit.• Perform accurate and thorough Security inspections (wear points, damage, license and registration documents, kilometer readings, etc.) on heavy equipment. • Gather and verify equipment inventory information (contract proofs, equipment additions, serial numbers, etc.)
