Ultimately, I desire to be part of a community oriented toward service, peacemaking, and the Good. I bring several interests and skills to such a community: thoughtfulness, critical thinking, conflict mediation, empathy, fairness, and creativity. I have gained these skills at Goshen College, a Christian liberal arts institution associated with Mennonite Church USA, from studying history, bible, religion, political science, and many other classes in the humanities. I am an aspiring educator, learner, and public servant -- possibly poet.
