Business owner and LSU computer science graduate, with a concentration in Software Engineering and a minor in music. I am eagerly looking for an opportunity to broaden my skills as a developer, both as a front-end and back-end developer. I am used to teaching myself new skills, and in between working on my development chops, I perform every week as a professional musicians with different groups, including my own band that I operate and manage under Brasshearts, LLC.I currently develop software at Zenith Software, where we develop quality software in a fast-paced, agile development environment. Prior to Zenith, I have 1 year of professional development experience that I gained from working with the company, BBP, another 9 months of professional development experience working on web applications at Gallardo Signs, and I have also gained experience working on websites for Brasshearts, LLC. I have been the owner of Brasshearts, LLC for 4 years now and have learned skills in small business financial management and marketing from being the manager of the group, leading the group to get the band accepted into the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival TWICE, featured on ESPN TWICE through SEC Nation and College Gameday, and getting the band accepted three times into the most prestigious Mardi Gras Krewe in New Orleans, the Krewe of Rex, with the band quickly growing in popularity across the greater New Orleans area.
