- Integrate PC&IS (Power, Control and Information systems) technologies for operational support, technology lifecycle management and developing control platforms, programming, instrumentation, and electric technologies.- Actively participates on daily operational support to new technologies implementation, breakdowns and strategic operational efficiencies.- Technical support and CAPEX evaluation for new initiatives.- Project management: Owner of the cost, schedule and quality of several projects (Utilities, Making, Packing).- Multifunctional team management.

General activities and responsibilities:- Basic and detail Engineering validation (layouts, electrical drawings, signals distribution).- Software development supervision (Control architectures, IO lists, URD, FDS, BOM).- Follow up for electrical/control/Network installation according to a CPS.- Coordination and supervision of electrical and software development companies for troubleshooting duringstart-up.Project management responsibilities- Documentation: RFQ, SOW, ETC.- CPS level 3 (critical path schedule).- Lead follow up meetings.- Organize and lead project team towards objectives.- Follow up for CAPEX.- Make sure project objectives aligned with Company.- Lead project execution.- Input on engineering & construction contractor negotiations.- Build the project according to design, within cost and within schedule

General activities and responsibilities:- Basic and detail Engineering validation (layouts, electrical drawings, signals distribution).- Software development supervision for new projects (Control architectures, IO lists, URD, FDS, BOM).- Follow up for electrical/control/Network installation according to a CPS.- Coordination and supervision of electrical and software development companies for troubleshooting duringstart-up.- Direct contact with suppliers for purchase hardware and software in brands such as; Allen bradley, PhoenixContact, Banner, FESTO, COGNEX, E+H, Emerson, Belden, Olflex, Panduit, Hoffman.- Knowledge in configuration and simulation for instruments during tests such as FIT, TIT, PIT and LIT withbrands like Endress+Hauser and Emerson through the local display of the instrument or through Hart TREXinterface.- Knowledge in configuration basic parameters (motor nameplate data, IP adress, speed reference) for PowerFlex variable frequency drivers 755, 525, 40P using local HMI or using the software “Connected componentsworkbench”.
