I supports Crewmembers Customers and Business Partners throughout the Airport and is knowledgeable in all Airport Operational functions including Gate Counter and BSO skills. I am responsible for maintaining a safe and secure operational environment. I maintains the JetBlue brand by overseeing our hospitality standards and ensuring that the promises to our Customers are fulfilled. I report to Airport Supervisors supporting regular and irregular operations and provide operational coaching and mentorship to Airport Operation Crewmembers as necessary.

• Managing critical operational metrics to minimize risks and losses• Maintaining high standards for security and account opening activities• Lead and develop branch teller staff to meet customer's service needs and to foster an environment in which all employees can perform their best work in a team environment.• Ensuring the entire branch staff is trained and follows policies and procedures and operating within the guidelines of Chase's Code of Conduct.• Ensuring satisfactory audit ratings.• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, business partners, staff and members of the community.• Improve revenues and expenses and grow the business, while exceeding customer expectations
