Provide technical assistance on hardware and networks (DLSI Installed) in client schools, ensuring the seamless and error-free access to the e-Learning product of the company.• Analyzes and Resolves technical problems on network infrastructure and connectivity to both online and offline servers.• Troubleshoots and repairs problems on computer hardware, network devices.• Troubleshoots and resolves problems on software applications including antivirus, firewalls.• Provides phone support by giving instant response to any technical queries or concern if unable to physically attend to the concern.• Collaborates with the supplier for cabling and in-house wiring, security, authentication and network management during hardware installation and technical turnover.• Monitors network performance with compliance to the proper use of network and hardware according to the agreed policies.• Maintains records of all concerns, technical and non-technical, for future reference that is shared with fellow technical support.

Provide product and technical support.Ensures effective implementation of e-Learning products for specific schools/sites handled;Act as a consultant on integrating DIWA e-Learning and digital products in the schools’ curriculum;Deliver ad hoc training to the clients as needed.• Monitors the status of e-Learning Server• Answer and provide clear and accurate information or recommendation regarding product and technical concerns in the site assigned to.• Monitors and maintains company installed equipment in the site• Conducts training to the clients of all DIWA products.• Implements troubleshooting after preliminary assessment on software concerns in specific sites assigned to be reflected in Daily Updates.• Ensures that the clients are using the product of the company.
