● Worked on the overall UX of the application. Introduced features such as an overview and a dashboard to help streamline staffers looking to match a client and a therapist. Reduced the time it takes to create a schedule for a client from 45 minutes to 10 minutes.● Along with the product manager, conducted sessions with 5 customers biweekly to discuss feature feedback and updates. Meetings were also often used as testing sessions when needed, ensuring constant feedback from the user base.

● Pioneered a workflow focused on a design system to streamline development and reduce friction points in the workflow, speeding up the iterative process.● Increased conversion rate from 29.2% to 58.4% through interviews, usability testing, and leveraging analytics to ensure proper feature emphasis was utilized.● Reduced the average time from sign-up to payment from 18.7 to 6.63 days, and thus reducing the total end-to-end user journey from 37.9 to 24.8 days.● Significantly enhanced user engagement, increasing the average time spent on the platform from 30 to 106 seconds.

● Spearheaded modernization of the data generation platform. This involved an iterative process with constant user interviews and analysis to identify and emphasize our USPs.● Responsible for developing and implementing a design system, which included creating 23 style guides, a component library, and a UX copy style guide.

● As one of the principal designers responsible for developing the user experience for the Consumer Lending feature of the application, I collaborated with product owners and team leads to address design challenges through comprehensive usability testing and data analysis. Additionally, I was accountable for creating and rendering the 3D design of the bank's debit card welcome package.● As member of my team, I played my part in the following improvements: ● Customer interest increased by 32% ● Churn rate decreased from 43% to 19% ● Customer services reported that a reduced number of people reaching out due to the implementation of proper error messages.
