Working in aircraft maintenance for more than 12 years in Portuguese Air Force, with a inicial degree in Mechanical Engineering, my objective is to put my skills in the fulfillment of each professional function I have performed, with a high focus on the goals to be achieved, based in an emotional and human leadership.In order to this, as well as, I am a lean practitioner and enthusiastic, participating in various projects in the field of Aeronautical Maintenance and Support Services, as lean facilitator and always focusing on continuous processes improvement.Over the years, my motivation for continuous learning and evolution has given me a rise to take-off for important "flights", such as Postgraduate Courses in Business Management (ISCTE/INDEG Business School), Aeronautical Technology (ESTG/IPS) and MSc in Mechanical Engineering (FCT/UNL), as well in specific courses as Air Transport Engineering Maintenance Operations (Cranfield University, UK) and Aviation Safety Program Management (Embry-Riddle, USA).For me the success of an Organization lies in fundamental factors such as Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement, supported by the human potential of employees.
