Lead bid processes for worldwide projects involving engineered hydraulic pumps for the Water, Power and Oil&Gas markets for international EPC Contractors and End Users: - Project values up to 24M€. - Bid strategy definition and Market Level Pricing analysis in co-operation with Management and Sales. - Discuss with Customers the tender specifications to advise and propose the most competitive suitable technical solution. - Coordinate and evaluate the inputs from the different stakeholders involved in the tender: Sales, Subsuppliers, Advanced Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Units and Management. - Accountable for technical and commercial risks identification, evaluation and transmission to top Management for approval based on a risk mitigation plan. - Review, negotiate and agree contractual Terms and Conditions. - Order transferring to project execution team.Support Business Development strategies and initiatives by providing reports, presentations and analysis to identify, within the covered markets and products, the Market Level Pricing, Product gaps, Market Share, etc. to contribute to future Company’s competitiveness.Actively participate in CIP by developing and implementing new tools and Lean culture.
