In September 2015 joined Siemens as a ServiceNOW Specialist at Siemens Lisbon Tech Hut as a part of DevOps team that provides to several customers Development, Operations, Architecture, Testing, Business Analysis and Processes Consulting.Solid experience in ITIL 2011 Framework, ITIL V4, Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, DevOps, Kanban, etc).Service Excellence, Business Service Management, Automation, Monitoring and Integration, always focusing on Customer value and driving the changes needed to achieve Customer obsessed mindset.I had the chance to help to build mature Service Management processes, focusing essentially on Service Operations, but also Service Transition processes, Monitoring, Continuous Service Improvement and Service Strategy. I also head part of the team that implemented and structured the ServiceNow Cybersecurity & Data Protection.
