Working as a freelance musician, playing mainly stringed instruments (acoustic and electric guitars, mandolim and other tradicional, bass, drums) with both songwriting artists and cover bands.

I've been working with organisations on specific challenges such as discussing and improving sales strategy and tactics, review and improve sales tools effectiveness, evaluate Customer Experience throughout the various touch points, implement initiatives to grow sales effectiveness and overall operational efficiency.I'm also focusing on improving planning, communication and execution at all levels of an organisation, mostly by preparing specific workshops and training to targeted audiences.As a speaker I rely on the lessons I've learnt as a musician and on the music industry landscape to illustrate how concepts and practices closely resemble to the corporate world.
