Provide onboard project coordination, with the necessary information in order to progress the workscope to Supervisory personnel under command, i.e. ROV Supervisor, Deck Foreman, Officer of the Watch, Subcontractor Supervisors, Crane Drivers etc, and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the contracts, regulations, company and client procedures, and policies with regards to Safety and Quality. Monitoring project activities to ensure that the project deliverables such as time, cost and performance parameters are met within the stipulated schedule and budgeted cost.Develop and execute KPIs that guide project directions, processes and efficiency.Be at the front lines and day to day operations of laying umbilicals and flexible pipelines (risers and flowlines), installations and interventions of subsea equipment, loading of lines at spool bases and supporting subsea operations in daily rate contracts with Petrobras.Point of contact for decision making for team members and management to facilitate timely resolution of operational issues with direct client interface. Often “wear different hats” to undertake other duties as requested with due regard to relevant operational, quality, safety and client standards.Responsible for assisting the OIM in project mobilization and in maintaining a positive environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a total quality and safe experience for both our client and team members.Help improving the risk assessments, change management processes and vessel pogress through effective training of team members, understanding customer needs, and attention to detail.Deliver project documentation (Daily log events, Operations Service Report, Procedures, Operational Risk Analysis, Management of Change and Project Schedule).
