Successfully implemented and defined the integrated TELUS EMR Virtual Visit solution to help Canadian clinics to provide care during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns. Developed and in production in record time; resulting in more than 500,000 virtual visits completed during the first months of operation. Managed PS Suite EMR (the most adopted EMR in Ontario) for 7 years setting product direction, new features, and defect prioritization. Collaborated with marketing to create product sheets and collateral, for the products under my responsibility.
