Lejonapa adds extra functionality to the park’s existing phone app, allowing their visitors to freely walk around in the park instead of standing locked in lines a significant part of their day, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and increased sales for the park. The solution combines the normal physical queue with a virtual queue in a smart and innovative way allowing all visitors more fun time in the park.
