Con 27 años de experiencia en derecho financiero, bancario, fintech, medios de pagos y cumplimiento regulatorio, Miguel Gallardo Guerra es socio de la firma legal mexicana Bello, Gallardo, Bonequi y García, S.C. (bgbg).Posee una Maestría en Derecho por la New York University School of Law, obtenida gracias a la prestigiosa beca Fulbright García Robles, así como una Licenciatura en Derecho por la Universidad Iberoamericana en la Ciudad de México.
