Cape Coastal Nursery is a re-wholesale Nursery and grower of native plants located in South East Massachusetts serving the Cape and Islands as well as points beyond. Provide ornamental trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials as well as an extensive collection of natives.Mainly, we have 2 teams, office team and yard team. I work with yard team consist of 6 peoples with 1 manager maintaining all of plant material at the 3++ acres nursery. On early spring our main objective is to stocking plant materials and get them ready for summer, because on summer many peoples going to come to cape cod for vacation. Our main activities are handling plant materials that comes in for stock (on average 2-3 trucks/day) and keep them organized and spaced, so I learned how to operate the tractor machine to mobilize the plant materials. Sometimes I do planting, propagating, and repotting plants inside the greenhouse.On late spring/early summer, as expected, the weather getting nicer and warmer. Retail customers and landscapers start to look and order some plants. Our main activities are loading trucks to go out for delivery (on average 3 trucks/day) and watering, because the plants dried out really quick under the sun, so I learn the irrigation system at the nursery. Other than that, we regularly breaking down list of plant materials that coming in and separate them, whether they're sold to someone or available for retail customer.On fall, the heat is settled down, so landscapers start to take plants again. Majority of our activity is loading trucks to go out for delivery, reducing inventory because the plants going to be dormant, reconstruct semi-permanent greenhouse for overwinter, and I started to learn how to operate skid-steer to move bigger trees.

- Responsible to maintain clients garden (mainly 3-4) at least once a week- Helping the production of kokedama- Re-potted damaged kokedama- Cultivating ornamental plants in the garden- Maintain the garden from weeds and pest

- Work in a team of 3 peoples- Responsible to teach and guide 36 international students about basic biology laboratory activities in 14 meets.

- Work in team of 5 peoples at Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ) or usually known as Jakarta Fair- Responsible for gaining traffic from visitors- Increase conversion rate from the customers- Convey promo and discount of the week

Teaching 4 junior high school students in 1 session during 2 hours
