As the Head of Product at Dialenga, I am responsible for designing and developing an innovative internal communication and employee experience platform that connects and engages employers with their employees. I have been leading the technology, technical, and architectural decisions for Dialenga since Jan 2017, with the help of a talented and diverse team of developers, designers, and product managers, cooperating actively with sales, marketing and other business stakeholders, clients and users.With over 7 years of experience in product management, and +15 in technical and management roles, I have a strong background in process improvement. I also have a keen interest in data analysis, AI and big data, and once in a while I keep up to date with technical trends, keeping my hands dirty developing intensively in Dialenga and doing side projects or even trying to get certified, now as a Data Engineer. My mission is to create and care about culture every single day in the organizations that use Dialenga, and to empower them to thrive in all times and situations.
