My innate ability to lead and motivate teams, led me to achieve extraordinary results of which I highlight the follow: 20% reduction in Communication Budget with awareness increase, Line-Up simplification in 40% entities, 22% increase on Facebook Fans (4th Brand in Portugal near to 200,000 Fans), Digital Campaign in January 2013 for Fiesta Launch, resulting in: 8,000 People visiting the dealer network in one day,  64 vehicles sold that day. Campaign BRAND: "Looking for Champions" Viral campaign with over 500,000 views (see the UEFA video)Some of the project that I’ve developed, were recognized and awarded, such as: 3 EFFECTIVENESS AWARD in the 2013 Fiesta24H campaign – Gold in consumer durable products Category, Gold in Sponsorship Activation Category and BEST EFFECTIVENESS 2013 (see the Fiesta video) Bronze Award in the Best use / creation of New Media (B-MAX) in the creative Club Festival - innovative campaign that led to a direct interaction with the customer (see the B-MAX video) SAPO Award 2013: Gold in Automotive Category with a video test (see the FOCUS video)
