I currently serve as Meta's MFE Deployment and Support at ORD Chicago, employed by CoServe. In my role as a Network Operations Site Engineer, I am responsible for troubleshooting, restoring services, managing RMAs, handling server maintenance, performing hardware swaps, and overseeing inventory. I also ensure the integrity of both copper and fiber media through rigorous testing.With a strong ability to swiftly resolve network issues, I work across deployment initiatives such as rack and stack installations, network augmentations, migrations, and new installations within the market. I also extend and certify OSP copper and fiber connections using RFC testing and OTDR tracing techniques.Driven by a commitment to excellence, I take pride in enhancing network reliability for Meta. My responsibilities include conducting comprehensive site health checks to ensure the optimal functioning of storage systems, spares, and other vital network components throughout Meta's metro network.
