For 15 years, I was part of the Management of Bodegas & Viñedos Monteviejo, belonging to the Clos de los 7 Group in Mendoza, collaborating closely with the winemaker Marcelo Pelleriti and the shareholder family. My outstanding management in the winery resulted in significant growth, successfully multiplying annual sales by 9 times, going from 200,000 bottles to 1,800,000 bottles per year.As a Corporate Director, I led the business operations, contributing to its professionalization and commercial expansion. This experience not only enriched my professional perspective but also my personal development. I gained a deep understanding of the wine industry and the international wine market, developing a long-term focus on high quality and prioritizing decisions that contributed to the comprehensive vision of the shareholder.My trajectory at Bodegas Monteviejo SA for 15 years was marked by key skills in budget management, operations administration, business planning, and negotiation. During the recession and economic crisis in Argentina between 1998 and 2001, I was compelled to enter the workforce at the age of 21 to sustain myself economically and support my family. This situation marked the beginning of my journey as an entrepreneur, revealing my business-oriented profile from an early age.As a business owner in the food and beverage sector, I worked independently from March 1998 to December 2004, for 6 years and 10 months. My business activities took place in Mendoza, Argentina, where I managed and operated establishments on-site.Throughout this period, I developed key skills in sales, business strategy, business planning, business development, and negotiation. Additionally, I gained significant experience in launching and managing new businesses, as well as in the administration and management of businesses in the retail sector.The initial economic adversity led me to become a self-taught and resilient entrepreneur, shaping an entrepreneurial spirit that has influenced my strategic approach and business development throughout my career.
