I'm reporting directly to a city councillor who is in charge of multiple áreas, technology and comunications, city security, human resources and president's office.During these first year i've managed to publish the first Strategic Plan of the city council in these area, improve the e-Government platform (actually ranked 2nd in Spain), deploy a workstation virtualization pilot (70 computers out of 1.500), deploy a Mobile App for citicens to report breakdowns or leak of cleanliness in the city area, and many other projects, taking part not only in the contracting and provider selection stage but also in technical design and supervision. -
