Analyse previous and projected data to generate an accurate forecast.• On a monthly basis, prepare and attend Hotel Director meeting and ensure the implementation of the decisions taken. • Monthly financial review with all Hotel Directors.• Actively following up on Sales & Marketing Action Plan, making sure that the budget is respected as far as expenses are concerned.• Oversee and assist in the hotel’s budget process.• Coordinate and follow up employees training program.• Have regular communications with hotel owners when necessary.• Assist Expansion Department in all the negotiation process in the hotels projected in our geographical area. • Assist Expansion Department in preparing the forecast and business plan of new projects.
