Project Manager: • Worked for Morgan Stanley & E*TRADE in the LIBOR project, assessing the +$400mm in client holdings with exposure to LIBOR-linked securities. • In collaboration with Internal Audit, ensured that project deadlines for the fixed income and preferred securities departments were met and that key deliverables were completed following the Financial Conduct Authoritys' (FCA) decision of the LIBOR rate cessation at the end of 2021 and June 2023. • Assisted in the design, decision-making, and implementation of front-end changes to communicate to our clients that hold and/or intend to purchase LIBOR-linked securities. The communication changes consisted of risk indicators that provide clients with an explanation, rate phase-outs, and additional resources (FAQ page).• Designed a centralized Tableau dashboard that allowed C-suite executives at Morgan Stanley to receive monthly updates on E*TRADE’s client holdings exposure to LIBOR.• Conducted an audit on Morgan Stanley & E*TRADE internal and third-party financial models to ensure that their exposure to LIBOR-linked securities was being mitigated.Consulting Associate:• Assisted Risk Director with creating a Third-Party Risk Management service offering that was presented to Bank of America and brought in $6mm in revenue to the firm• Created a logic specification for AgFirst bank which assisted loan officers in designating a probability of default score on loans issued to agricultural associations.

• Took senior associate and manager responsibilities in an under-staffed engagement for a depository bank to timely file their financial statements• Implemented substantive tests over a client's global custodian securities to ensure that their foreign deposits interest income was accurately calculated• Optimized the bank’s quarterly reports through Power BI to visualize which financial statement accounts would be scoped in for the audit• Evaluated a bank’s controls through risk identification and assessment and effectively communicated recommendations to management in order to prevent future misstatements

Worked internships during the summers of 2017, 2018, and 2019

I served as an audit Intern at Central Romana Corporation during the summer of 2016. Central Romana Corporation oversees all of the operations of the famous resort Casa de Campo (based in La Romana, Dominican Republic). During my internship, I was responsible for evaluating the control processes in six different sectors of La Romana. I also audited and reviewed the effectiveness of management and financial controls is those divisions. Central Romana Corporation gave me the opportunity to develop my accounting and critical thinking skills.

I served as an operations intern at EGE Haina (Empresa Generadora de Electricidad) during the summer of 2015. This company is the largest electricity distributor in the Dominican Republic. During my time working as an operations intern, I got the chance to work with financial models as well as working at construction sites as a supervisor. I was able to use these financial models to create an accurate representation of the cost-efficiency of wind parks in relation to solar parks in order to determine where the company should invest its money in. At my time at EGE, I developed strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
