Selected experience:- Reviewing the credit offer of a Portuguese personal finance institution. Key activities included i) the analysis of business performance, ii) the value proposition benchmarking with other players and iii) identification of strategic initiatives which would generate an incremental cash flow of 11 M€ in 5 years- Conceptualization of an innovative digital banking solution for a tier 1 Portuguese bank. As part of this engagement, the solution building blocks were defined, a prototype was developed displaying the user experience and a pitch deck was prepared

Selected experience: - Establishing a partnership between two mobility companies in Portugal. Definition of the partnership model (split of responsibilities between both entities), development of the partnership business plan and definition of the P&L split. As part of the project, the digital UX / UI was designed and key processes were also mapped - Optimization of a set of SG&A functions of a Portuguese airline company by benchmarking KPIs against other players. Presentation of 2 re-dimensioning scenarios (short and long-term) to the board. For the long-term scenario an annual saving of 900 k€ was estimated- Implementation of a CRM solution for a Portuguese airline company. Managing 3 different teams - business processes, implementation and change management - in order to delivery an IT solution to be used by more than 500 persons

Selected experience:- Setting up an analytics department for a Portuguese food retail company. Definition of the vision / mission, design of the governance model with other departments and mapping of key processes. Development of analytics pilot comprising a clustering analysis- Development of an information management model for an Angolan logistics company. The key activities included the definition of KPIs for each department and the development of a tech tool to monitor the results and debate the company performance. Furthermore, the project included a direct support to the c-level- Definition of a performance management program (KPIs and related targets) for all 1st line Directors of a Portuguese airline company. Development of a methodology to ensure the further roll-out for the remaining organizational levels

Selected experience: - Market entry strategy design for a multinational oil & gas company, including i) the country background, ii) the market overview, iii) the legal / fiscal framework and iv) the key competitors analysis. - Implementation of a restructuring program for an Angolan Public Institute. The restructuration was focused on the institute’s structure, on the operating model redefinition and on the human resources qualification
