Launch vehicle safety assessment, spacecraft safety assessment, and critical facility safety assessment.

Evaluated safety compliance for notable programs such as Conventional Strike Missile, Delta II, Hypersonic Test Vehicle-2, Hypergol Storage Facility, Space X, and Titan II/IV Deactivation. As a result of my efforts these and other programs established their safety compliance and successfully accomplished their missions.

The technical interface on safety providing support to activities on Vandenberg Air Force Base. Provides technical system safety compliance support to Vandenberg Air Force Base Range Safety. Expertise in hypergols, cryogens and pressurants. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with federal, state, county, and local safety regulations.

Performed walkdowns of the 1st Air and Space Test Squadron (1 ASTS) and 30 Launch Support Squadron (30 LCSS) owned facilities. Updated California Business Plans. Verified hazard control equipment operational, namely eye washes, showers, fire extinguishers, fall protection harnesses and emergency lights. Ensured asbestos containing materials in good condition. Verified lead based paint properly identified. Assisted 1 ASTS and 30 LCSS prepare for ORI and ECAMP inspections. Responsible for providing insight to decisionmakers regarding spacecraft and launch vehicle environmental issues. Provided expert advice regarding technical environmental issues.

Advanced knowledge and understanding of aerospace liquid propellants (e.g. hydrazine, dinitrogen tetroxide, hydrogen peroxide). Knowledge of project management and oversight of specialty projects. Responsible for coordination with customers, commercial and government, for proposal preparation, project technical preparation and oversight; subcontractor controls, project planning, scheduling and budgeting. Responsible for management oversight of special projects to include construction activities, non-destructive examination, facility modifications, and launch support operations. Prepare written procedures, Engineering Field Instructions (EFIs), and contractor Statement of Work documents. Coordinate project turnover and close-out. Provides customer interface for acquisition of new work and coordination of project proposal requirements.
