I have successfully led 6 municipal general plans (zoning, codes, ordinances, urban design), with overall responsibility for coordination, development, presentation and defence of these.My role as a Senior Urban Planner requires me to manage the coordination between stakeholders (public administration, local institutions, etc.), lead meetings, move parties towards decision making, conflict resolution, critical thinking and problem solving.I also provided Urban Planning Consultancy drafting urban reports.

During this time I gained extensive professional experience in residential sector (new works and rehabilitation), commercial and civic buildings.

During my time as General Manager of GESAI Navarra (land and real estate management), I led and drafted feasibility studies for the companies Projects portfolio. This involved thorough understanding of all technical details as well as the necessary political initiatives. Bruesa Group is one of the biggest construction corporations in Spain.
