I have built credible teams, grown profitable revenue, and driven expansion in dozens of countries across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Most recently, I was appointed EVP and Business Unit Head at WNS, leading WNS Procurement. Prior to this, I was Global Chief Revenue Officer at Cprime, a $300MM Goldman Sachs/Everstone capital portfolio company and SVP at Globality (Series E funded, AI-powered B2B autonomous sourcing platform). I also served as Global Vice President at GEP, where I was part of the executive leadership team that generated the highest and most consistent growth rate in the procurement and supply chain solutions industry, resulting in 30%+ revenue growth YoY (~$400 MM), maintaining profitability targets, and a growing catalogue of Fortune 500/Global 2000 clients. Prior to GEP, I was part of the founding team at Procurian, creating a new category and building the company into a leading provider of procurement outsourcing services, ultimately acquired by Accenture. Earlier in my career, I was a management consultant at Kearney advising global clients on operational strategy and developing thought leadership for organizations such as the World Economic Forum. Additionally, I serve as Advisor/Investor at AI start-up Procuro AI, while previously serving as Board Advisor at Expana (PE-backed pricing intelligence co.) and at Prognos Health (PE-backed HealthTech co.). I am also Board Director at The KIOO Project (non-profit focused on gender equality), and co-founder of the American India Foundation (Young Professionals Group) where I was a past Board Director.
