Frontmatec (former SFK LeBlanc) is a conglomorate, specializing in supply of food technology, for the meat industry, created by the Danish private equity company Axcel. As EVP it is my privilege to manage the merging of 3 of the cornerstone companies into one division that will serve as competence center and be second to none for supplying turn-key slaughterhouses and meat packaging plants. Results included restructuring the sales organization and application engineering and brought back the energy in the sales team. Sales went from a very limited orderintake in 2017 to record high in both both 2018 and 2019. In addition the sales team achieve penetration of new markets in Asia as well as some select marets in Europe such as France where business previous was limited for the Turn Key division.

International assignment that involved relocation to The Unitied States for a 4 year term. Built and now oversee this new environmental division that focuses on the municipal environmental market in both Americas. Job involves high degree of interaction with major clients/consulting engineers and includes handling of significant size tenders issued by international EPCs or major municipalities. Helsingør

Corporate assignment that focused on “reinvention” of our sales organization, that had lost motivation and also needed a generation change. Special focus was put on developing a sales strategy that involved changing our focus on the individual product to become a system provider that had significant international presence – we succeeded in this and recorded best sales and earnings in 2005 – 06. Job involved significant interaction/coaching with our 6 international subsidiaries and a high degree of involvement in direct “hands on” sale on emerging markets and with special accounts (eg. Suez & Veolia)

Fredericia

Started as Area Manager for system supplies of major district heating projects to markets in Europe, China, North America and Russia. High degree of interaction with midsize EPCs and participation in major international tenders including EU tenders. Was later appointed General Sales Manager for new division that should focus on the Oil and Gas market. The division focused on supplies of overland and offshore Oil Pipelines (complicated fluids) as well as building refinery structures for LNG tankers (Marine Business). The division became successful and is today a stronghold for the company´s global strategy and contribute generously to its turnover and earnings. Responsible for securing major Turn-Key orders in North Africa, Near East, Far East with major EPCs.
